The NBA's Harlem Globetrotters visit Harris Academy

This week we were privileged to be honored with two players from the Harlem Globetrotters; Slick and Hot Shot were in town and presented a mini-basketball clinic to Harris Academy South Norwood on Friday 23th April 2010.

Over 30 students attended the clinic with 26 boys & girls participating. Their behavior and attitude throughout was impeccable and they were inspired by the motivational talk, fun drills, tricks and demonstrations delivered by Slick and Hot Shot. A huge thank you to the Academy for hosting the event at short notice and also to coaches Michael Wright & Michael Defoe for their help and hard work with making the event a success.
