Barbara observes the young people on her team closely so she can target them individually with activities to enhance their skills and abilities and conquer their fears.
Barbara loves:
‘Being able to interact and mentor the Greenhouse youths is brilliant. Most of all, I love being a positive role model to the kids, seeing them develop a positive attitude and having fun.’
